Thoma, who was born in Mondstadt, now lives in Inazuma, where he is the Kamisato Clan’s housekeeper. He’s also a well-known “fixer” in Inazuma.

Perhaps influenced by the relaxed and happy atmosphere of his hometown, Thoma is very good at socializing. Although he is an outlander, he has built an unexpectedly powerful network of people in Inazuma.

He is an affable person by nature and can easily get involved in various topics and establish relationships with various people. When it is time to defend the rights and interests of the Yashiro Commission, he will also put his smile away and show his serious side.

Occasionally, however, Thoma will sit alone in a corner of the Yashiro Commission and think about matters concerning himself.
He is an attentive, friendly, and sociable person who cares for all animals and comrades, but perhaps he also feels some unspeakable homesickness.

Thoma – Abilities (Beta)
Swiftshatter Spear – Normal Attack
  • Normal Attack: Performs up to four consecutive spear strikes.
  • Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to lunge forward, dealing damage to opponents along the way.
  • Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE Damage upon impact.
Blazing Blessing – Elemental Skill
  • Thoma uses the tip of his spear as a pivot to channel frames and perform a kick that deals AoE Pyro DMG and unleashes a defensive Blazing Barrier. At the moment it is unleashed, the Elemntal Burst will apply to Thoma.
  • The DMG Absorption of the Barrier is based on Thoma’s Max HP.
  • The Blazing Barrier has the following traits:
    • Absorbs Pyro DMG 250% more effectively.
    • The remaining DMG Absorption of the Barrier will not exceed a certain percentage of Thoma’s Max HP.
    • The maximum damage absorption of the Barrier does not exceed a certain percentage of Thoma’s Max HP.
Crimson Ooyoroi – Elemental Burst
  • Thoma spins his spear, slicing through his foes with roaring fires that deal AoE Pyro DMG, and weave themselves into a Scorching Ooyoroi.
  • Scorching Ooyoroi
    • The Normal Attacks of active characters affected by the Scorching Ooyoroi will trigger Fiery Collapses that deal AoE Pyro DMG and summon Blazing Barriers. One Fiery Collapse can be triggered every second.
    • The Blazing Barriers created in this way are identical to those created by Thoma’s Elemental Skill, Blazing Blessing, except in the amount of damage they can absorb.
      • They absorb Pyro damage 250% more effectively.
      • The remaining DMG absorption of an existing Blazing Barrier will stack and its duration will be refreshed if another Blazing Barrier is obtained during this time.
      • The maximum DMG Absorption of the Barrier will not exceed a certain percentage of Thoma’s Max HP.
      • If Thoma falls, the effects of Scorching Ooyoroi will dissipate.

Thoma – Passive Abilities (Beta)
Free Fisher
  • Successful fishing attempts in Inazuma have a 20% chance of scoring a double catch.
Imbricated Armor
  • When your current active character obtains or refreshes a Blazing Barrier, this character’s Shield Strength will increase by 5% for 6 seconds. This effect can be triggered once every 0.3 seconds. Max 5 stacks.
Flaming Assault
  • The DMG dealt by Crimson Ooyoroi’s Fiery Collapses increases by 1.5% of Thoma’s Max HP.
