COLLEI TALENTS (ABILITIES)

Supplicant’s Bowmanship – Normal/Charged Attack

Normal Attack: Performs up to consecutive shot using a bow.
Charged Attack: Perform a precise aimed shot with increase damage and dealing a dendro damage when fully charge.
Plunging Attack: Fire off a shower of arrows in mid-air before plunging or falling on the ground and dealing AoE Damage.

Floral Brush – Elemental Skill

Throws out a Floral Ring that deals 1 instance of Dendro DMG to opponents along the path. The Floral Ring will return after a set time, dealing Dendro DMG once again.

Trump-Card Kitty – Elemental Burst

Trusty Cuilein-Anbar comes to save the day! Throws the doll named Cuilein-Anbar, causing an explosion that deals AoE Dendro DMG, creating a Cuilein-Anbar Zone. Cuilein-Anbar will bound around within this zone, dealing AoE Dendro DMG.

Floral Sidewinder – 1st Ascension Passive

If a party member triggers Burning, Quicken, Bloom, Aggravate, Spread, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions before the Floral Ring returns, the character is granted the Sprout effect. This deals Dendro damage equivalent to 40 percent of Collei’s attack to nearby opponents for three seconds.

The Languid Wood – 4th

When a character within the Culein-Anbar zone triggers Burning, Quicken, Bloom, Aggravate, Spread, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon, the zone’s duration increases by one second.

Gliding Champion of Sumeru – Utility Passive

Reduces gliding stamina consumption for your party by 20 percent.

Late Game Weapons – 5 Star Weapons

Elegy For The End – A part of the Millenial Movement that wanders amidst the winds. Increases Elemental Mastery by 60. When the Elemental Skills or Elemental Bursts of the character wielding this weapon hit opponents, that character gains a Sigil of Remebrance. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 4 Sigils of Remembrance, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the Millenial Movement: Farewell Song effect for 12s. Millenial Movement: Farewell Song increases Elemental Mastery by 100 and increases ATK by 20%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Remembrance for 20s. Of the many effects of the Millenial Movement, buffs of the same type will not stack.

Aqua Simulacra – HP is increased by 16~32%. When there are opponents nearby, the DMG dealt by the wielder of this weapon is increased by 20~40%. This will take effect whether the character is on-field or not.

Polar Star – Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG increased by 12~24%. After a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, 1 stack of Ashen Nightstar will be gained for 12s. When 1/2/3/4 stacks of Ashen Nightstar are present, ATK is increased by 10/20/30/48~20/40/60/96%. The stack of Ashen Nightstar created by the Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst will be counted independently of the others.

Mid Game Weapons – 4 Star Weapons

Favonius Warbow – CRIT hits have a 60/70/80/90/100% chance to generate 1 Elemental Orb, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 12/10.5/9/7.5/6s.

Sacrificial Bow – After damaging an opponent with an Elemental Skill, the skill has a 40%/50%/60%/70%/80% chance to end its own CD. Can only occur once every 30s/26s/22s/19s/16s.

The Stringless – Increases Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG by 24/30/36/42/48%.

Early Game Weapons – 3 Star Weapons

Sharpshooter’s Oath – Increases DMG against weak spots by 24%.

Slingshot – If a Normal or Charged Attack hits a target within 0.3s of being fired, increases DMG by 36%. Otherwise, decreases DMG by 10%.

Through Hill and Copse – The Passive Talent Floral Sidewinder is changed to this:
- The Floral Ring will grant the character the Sprout effect from Floral Sidewinder upon return, dealing 40% of Collei’s ATK as Dendro DMG to nearby opponents for 3s.
