Crystal Dynamics has announced Marvel Avengers beta dates starting on August 7, 2020.

Below is the list of beta dates confirmed for Marvel’s Avengers:
August 7
- PlayStation pre-order beta access begins.
August 14
- Xbox and PC pre-order beta access begins
- PlayStation open beta also begins
August 21
- Open beta across all platforms begins.
Marvel’s Avengers War Table Presentation
Crystal Dynamics will also host a second War Table presentation on July 29, 2020. The presentation will cover details on what players can expect out of the beta. Although we have to wait for a few weeks to know the full details, the game’s Creative Director Shaun Escayg already revealed some things. According to him, the beta will include campaign content, co-op missions, and hero progression. Beta players can also explore War Zone and Drop Zones, a new kind of mission that will be detailed in the War Table.
Marvel Avengers Beta Features
According to Escayg, the developers built the beta to experience most of the things that they’ll be doing in the full game. Playing the beta means experiencing the piece of the original single-player Avengers story campaign. This includes fighting through co-op missions, experiencing the world progression, and your chosen hero abilities. Players can also explore War Zones and DROP ZONES. Escayg also described the beta as “meaty,” but it is only a small part of the full game.
Further details about the game’s beta will be available on the War Table demonstration. It will happen on July 29, 2020, at 10 AM PT. This will be the second War Table demonstration from Crystal Dynamics.
During the first War Table demonstration, the team showcased Marvel’s Avengers gameplay, story details, and few details about the hero progression works.
Marvel’s Avengers
Marvel’s Avengers is the upcoming action-adventure video game from Crystal Dynamics and Eidos-Montréal. Its release date is set on September 4, 2020, for Microsoft Windows PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Google Stadia. The game will also be launched for next-gen consoles, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
