Aloy is coming to Genshin Impact for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players this September 1 alongside Genshin Impact 2.1 Update. Aloy is part of Genshin Impact’s crossover with Horizon New Dawn. In game, Aloy is a burst damage dealer. She can use her Elemental Skill to accumulate Coil stacks or Rushing Ice effects to increase her Normal Attack damage output. She can also deal AoE Cryo DMG to opponents when casting her Elemental Burst.

Aloy – Savior From Another World
An outcast since birth, Aloy grew up in a harsh mountain wilderness near the tribe that shunned her. Aloy Talents
Frozen Wilds – Elemental Skill
Throws a Freeze Bomb in the targeted direction and triggers an explosion, dealing Cryo Damage. After the explosion, the Freeze Bomb scatters into multiple Chillwater Bomblets that explode on contact with opponents or after a short delay dealing further Cryo Damage.
When a Freeze Bomb or Chillwater Bomblet hits an opponent, the opponent’s attack is decreased. At the same time, Aloy receives a Coil Stack. This effect increases Aloy’s Normal Attack Damage. When she has accumulated 4 Coil stacks, Aloy will gain the Rushing Ice effect, which lasts for a certain duration, during which her Normal Attack Damage will be converted into Cryo Damage.
Prophecies of Dawn – Elemental Burst
Aloy throws a Power Cell filled with Cryo in the targeted direction, then detonates it with an arrow, dealing AoE Cryo Damage.
Strong Strike – 1st Ascension Passive
Aloy constantly increases her Cryo Damage during Rushing Ice.
Combat Override – 4th Ascension Passive
The whole party’s Attack will increase for a certain duration after Aloy gains the Coil effect.
How to Get Aloy?
Aloy will automatically be sent to account inboxes of Travelers who reached Adventurer Rank 20 and above. The delivery will be divided into two phases.
Travelers who log in on “Genshin Impact” via PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 could receive her at Version 2.1, starting September 1. Other players for PC and mobile have to wait until Version 2.2, which unfortunately does not have a release date.
